Physical Products

For returns on physical products, we work with Printful. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at steffi@storysketcher.de with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll help facilitate a replacement or return.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
